Retro style, shot in sunshine!! outside of the O2

A new brand but shot months ago. I have not really been embracing the blogging and social networks but learning to cast the fears aside and get on with it. Anyway one shot for a mans brand shot in Gore Hotel London

Some commercial work for brand Superdrug, the shots themselves were retouched by myself. Spent 2 days shooting a range of products for retail. Interesting as it was very detailed in how it all looked.

Although not straight fashion it still involved lighting well and retouching. The best side is the left hand side (on screen view) as this was the focus and so less retouching to the other side.

All layers had to be retained and named for the agency and all were created with masks for background which was on white, skin, eyes and especially adjustment layers for the mask to colour and shape.

Using a lightmeter at last, I tend to use my camera for that at the moment but I can now sync flash remotely. It also works well with speedlights triggered remotely and can be zone controlled and globally also. You will need the r32 wireless adapter from seconic which cost another £65 quid on top! Pretty pricey

A long awaited for break, Indian Ocean is fab. Great TV program on tv this week about Indian Ocean.
